How it works. Take your temperature first thing every morning before getting out of bed (basal = at rest). Log it here. After 9+ days the chart will start to show your baseline; after ovulation, you should see a sustained 0.2°F+ shift up. Three consecutive days above the coverline confirms ovulation happened ~24 hrs before the shift.

FAM done well requires more than BBT alone. BBT confirms ovulation happened — it doesn't predict it. Real fertility-awareness method tracks cervical mucus, cervical position, and BBT together, ideally with proper instruction. This chart is a BBT log + visualisation, not contraception. For pregnancy planning or avoidance decisions, talk to a clinician or certified FAM instructor.
