Two modes for working with video captions, no upload to anyone's server. CAPTION EDITOR: drop a video, play through it, hit 'Add caption here' to drop a new caption at the current time, then edit the text and adjust end time inline. A live overlay shows what the viewer will see; click play on any row to jump to that caption. Import an existing SRT to revise, export your work as a fresh SRT file. BURN-IN MODE: drop a video plus an SRT (paste it or upload a .srt file), pick font size and outline weight, click Burn — FFmpeg.wasm renders an MP4 with the captions baked into the video frames so they show up on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, any player anywhere with no sidecar SRT needed. Two-pass progress bar (50% load, 50% encode). White text with a dark outline for readability over any background. Useful for accessibility, social-clip captioning, lecture recordings, anywhere a sidecar SRT won't make the trip.
