This is a guide, not a prescription. Pediatric dosing has real risks — always confirm with your child's pediatrician or a pharmacist, especially if your child is on other medications, has a chronic condition, or is under 2 years old. For overdose concerns call Poison Control: 1-800-222-1222 (US). Do not use this tool to dose adults or as the sole authority for medication decisions.

Formulation
Enter your child's weight and age in months. We'll return a per-dose RANGE in mg and in mL/tablets for the formulation you have, plus how often it can be re-dosed and the daily max. Range, not single number — pediatric dosing has legitimate range variation.
References. Acetaminophen 10–15 mg/kg every 4–6 hours, max 5 doses / 24 hr. Ibuprofen 5–10 mg/kg every 6–8 hours, max 4 doses / 24 hr. Diphenhydramine 1 mg/kg every 6 hours, max 4 doses / 24 hr (FDA OTC labeling restricts unsupervised use to 6+ years). Cetirizine and Loratadine: once daily, age-banded dosing per OTC labeling. All consistent with American Academy of Pediatrics guidance and US OTC manufacturer labelling. We deliberately do not include prescription pediatric meds — those need a clinician's oversight.
